一、活动背景
I.Event Background
为进一步深化中国与新加坡在青少年科技与人文领域的交流合作，激发青少年对未来科技与美好生活的想象力与创造力，中国宋庆龄青少年科技文化交流中心与新加坡中国文化中心拟联合举办2026“你好！智绘未来”中新青少年绘画作品征集及展示活动。
To further deepen exchange and cooperation between China and Singapore in science, technology, and the humanities among youth, and to inspire their imagination and creativity regarding future technology and a better life, the China Soong Ching Ling Science & Culture Centre for Young People and the China Cultural Centre in Singapore are jointly launching the 2026 “Hello! Painting the Smart Future” China-Singapore Youth Painting Collection and Exhibition Campaign.
活动以艺术为媒介，鼓励中新两国青少年以绘画创作为表达方式，从艺术视角描绘人工智能、绿色科技、智慧城市、太空探索等未来图景，在创作中感受科技之美与人文精神的融合。通过搭建青少年艺术交流平台，引导青少年在创作中表达对科技发展的理解、对未来世界的想象以及对中新友谊的美好期许，进一步促进两国青少年之间的文化交流。
Using art as a medium, this event encourages young people from both countries to express themselves through painting. It invites them to depict future landscapes—such as artificial intelligence, green technology, smart cities, and space exploration—from an artistic perspective, experiencing the fusion of technological beauty and the humanistic spirit. By building this artistic exchange platform, the event guides youth to express their understanding of technological development, their imagination of the future world, and their beautiful expectations for China-Singapore friendship, thereby further promoting cultural exchange between the young generations of both nations.

围绕未来科技发展、人类生活方式与自然环境保护等内容展开创作，展现科技进步与人文关怀交融的美好愿景。
Artworks should focus on future technological development, human lifestyles, and environmental protection, showcasing a beautiful vision of the integration of technological progress and humanistic care.
作品方向可任选其一进行创作。
Participants may choose one of the following four directions for their creation:
1.AI伙伴：我的智能朋友
1. AI Companions: My Intelligent Friend
如果你拥有一个人工智能伙伴，它会是什么模样？它会如何陪伴你学习、生活或探索世界？请用画笔描绘你与AI伙伴共同生活或探索未来世界的场景。
If you had an AI companion, what would it look like? How would it accompany you in your studies, daily life, or exploration of the world? Please paint a scene of you and your AI companion living together or exploring the world of the future.
2.太空梦想：一起去宇宙看看
2. Space Dreams: Exploring the Universe Together
未来，中国和新加坡的科学家或宇航员也许会在太空开展合作。他们在空间站、月球或火星上会看到怎样奇妙的景象？那里会有怎样的新城市、新基地或新生活？请描绘你想象中的未来太空世界。
In the future, scientists or astronauts from China and Singapore might cooperate in space. What wondrous sights will they see from a space station, the Moon, or Mars? What kind of new cities, bases, or lifestyles will exist there? Please depict your imagined future space world.
3.绿色未来：科技守护地球
3. Green Future: Technology Guarding the Earth
未来科技将如何帮助人类保护自然环境？两国的植物园、自然保护区里，科技会带来哪些神奇的变化？人与自然是否会拥有更加和谐的关系？请描绘科技与自然和谐共生的未来画面。
How will future technology help humanity protect the natural environment? What magical changes will technology bring to the botanical gardens and nature reserves of both countries? Will humans and nature enjoy a more harmonious relationship? Please picture a future where technology and nature coexist in harmony.
4.未来城市：智慧生活
4. Future Cities: Smart Living
未来的北京、新加坡会变成什么样？人们将通过怎样的交通方式出行？城市中的建筑、街道、公园和交通工具会不会变得更加智能与环保？请描绘你想象中的未来城市生活。
What will future Beijing and Singapore look like? How will people travel? Will the buildings, streets, parks, and vehicles in the city become smarter and more eco-friendly? Please draw your vision of future urban life.

六、作品要求
VI. Artwork Requirements
1.作品内容积极向上，符合活动主题，采用油画、水彩、水粉、素描、版画、动漫等形式创作。
1. The content must be positive, uplifting, and aligned with the event theme. Acceptable mediums include oil painting, watercolor, gouache, sketching, printmaking, comic/anime illustration, etc.
2.作品创作方向四选一，展现中新两国青少年间的友好交往。
2. Choose one of the four creative directions. The artwork should reflect the friendly exchanges between the youth of China and Singapore.
3.作品电子文件清晰完整，无阴影、扭曲、倾斜，单幅大小5MB-10MB，分辨率不低于300dpi（像素/英寸），图片格式jpg或png。
3. Digital files must be clear and complete, free of shadows, distortion, or tilting. File size should be between 5MB and 10MB, with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi, in .jpg or .png format.
4.投稿须保证为新创、原创作品，且未在其他活动中参展及获奖，不得使用人工智能工具生成作品。
4. Submissions must be original, newly created works that have not been exhibited or won awards in other events. The use of AI generation tools is strictly prohibited.
5.作品内容应规范绘画国旗、国家版图等画面。如内容不符合宣传发布标准，需要保证授权修改或适当删减。
5. National flags, national maps, and related imagery must be depicted accurately and in accordance with standard regulations. If the content does not meet publicity standards, the organizer reserves the right to request modifications or make appropriate redactions under authorization.
6.作品画面主体不得体现作者姓名、年龄、所在学校等个人信息文字。
6. The main body of the artwork must not display any personal information, such as the author’s name, age, or school.

本次活动采用线上提交电子文件形式，可以个人或组织机构名义报送作品，本次活动不接受其他任何形式的报名。
Submissions must be uploaded digitally online. Artworks can be submitted by individuals or through organizations. No other forms of registration will be accepted.
（一）作品命名格式

1.个人作品：

以“作者姓名+作品名+国籍+年龄+联系电话”方式命名，邮件内容提供联系地址。
Author’s Name + Title of Artwork + Nationality + Age + Contact Number (Please provide the corresponding mailing address in the email body).
例如：张三+《中新友谊》+中国+10岁+183xxxxxxxx；
Example: Zhang San + China-Singapore Friendship + China + 10 years old + 183xxxxxxxx;
2.机构推荐作品：

以“作者姓名+作品名+国籍+年龄+指导教师+推荐机构名称”

八、奖项设置
VIII. Awards and Prizes
设立特等奖、一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、优秀奖五个奖次，获奖者将获得由中国宋庆龄青少年科技文化交流中心和新加坡中国文化中心共同授予的荣誉证书。比例具体如下：
The event will feature five award tiers: Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Excellence Award. Winners will receive an honorary certificate jointly issued by the China Soong Ching Ling Science & Culture Centre for Young People and the China Cultural Centre in Singapore. The quotas are as follows:
特等奖：2名、一等奖：10名、二等奖：20名、
Grand Prize: 2 winners; First Prize: 10 winners; Second Prize: 20 winners;
三等奖：30名、优秀奖：100名
Third Prize: 30 winners; Excellence Award: 100 winners.
九、推荐方式
IX. Recommendation Process
1.推荐专家组成：由主办方邀请知名画家、艺术评论家、教育专家组成推荐工作组。
1. Experts panel: The organizers will invite renowned painters, art critics, and educational experts to form a selection committee.
2.推荐标准：作品的主题相关性、创意性、技术性和审美价值。
2. Recommendation criteria: Relevance to the theme, creativity, technical skill, and aesthetic value.
3.推荐流程：初步推荐——最终推荐——名单公布。
3. Recommendation procedure: Preliminary Recommendation -> Final Recommendation -> Announcement of Winners.
十、版权要求
X. Copyright Regulations
1.参赛者需确保提交的作品不侵犯他人的知识产权，包括但不限于著作权、商标权和专利权等。
1. Participants must ensure that their submitted works do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patent rights.
2.若参赛者提交的作品涉及抄袭、侵权等问题，主办方有权取消其参赛资格。
2. If a submission involves plagiarism or copyright infringement, the organizers reserve the right to disqualify the participant.
十一、注意事项
XI. Important Notes
1.参赛者需在规定时间内通过报名方式提交作品，逾期提交将不予受理。
1. Participants must submit their works through the designated channels within the specified timeframe. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2.参赛者须确保提交的作品为原创，不得抄袭。一旦发现抄袭情况，将取消参赛及评选资格。
2. Participants must ensure that their submitted works are original and free of plagiarism. Any detected plagiarism will result in disqualification from the event and the recommendation process.
3.所有参赛作品的知识产权归参赛者所有，但参赛者应允许主办方在活动宣传和展览中使用其作品。
3. The intellectual property rights of all submitted works belong to the participants. However, participants must grant the organizers permission to use their works for event promotion and exhibitions.
4.报名参与本活动即视为同意主办单位在相关活动中对参展作品的无偿使用，参加本活动的作品均无稿酬。
4. Participation in this event implies consent to the organizers’ free use of the exhibited works in related activities. No royalties or remuneration will be paid for any participating works.
5.本公告未尽事宜另行通知，活动最终解释权归主办方所有。
