您好，欢迎来到中国文化中心。

中国文化中心是由中国政府在海外设立，向世界各国人民介绍中华文化，开展双边交流与合作的文化机构。中国自上世纪80年代开始在海外设立文化中心，迄今已在非洲、欧洲、亚洲和南美洲设立了47个中国文化中心。

2015年11月7日，新加坡中国文化中心由中国国家主席习近平和新加坡荣誉国务资政吴作栋共同揭牌，并开始运营。中国文化中心在新加坡的设立，标志着两国关系的提升，也揭开了中新人文交流的新篇章。

运营以来，中国文化中心发挥人文交流的纽带和桥梁作用，通过从中国引进高水准、形式多样、内容丰富的文化艺术项目，促进中新两国人文交流，为中新友好锦上添花；也通过广泛开展与新加坡本地艺术团体和机构合作，为两国的民心相通添砖加瓦，助力中新友好关系向深向实发展。

Welcome to China Cultural Centre,

China Cultural Centre, established overseas by the Chinese government, serves as a cultural institution to introduce Chinese culture to people all over the world and to carry out bilateral exchanges and cooperation. These centres have begun to be set up overseas since 1980s, with totalling 47 in Africa, Europe, Asia and South America so far.

On November 7, 2015, China Cultural Centre in Singapore (CCCS) was inaugurated by Chinese President Xi Jinping and Emeritus Senior Minister of Singapore, Goh Chok Tong and began its operation. Its establishment signifies the elevation of relations between the two countries and opens a new chapter of people-to-people exchanges between China and Singapore.

CCCS, after its operation, serves as a pivotal bridge between the two nations, promoting people-to-people exchanges through the introduction of high-caliber, diversified and content-rich culture and arts programmes from China, which is the icing on the cake for Sino-Singapore friendship. CCCS also carries out extensive cooperation with local arts groups and organisations in Singapore, improving people-to-people bond and a deeper friendly relationship between China and Singapore.

新加坡中国文化中心简介 Introduction of China Cultural Centre in Singapore

新加坡中国文化中心（下称“中心”）成立于2015年11月，位于新加坡奎因街217号，毗邻南洋艺术学院、新加坡国家图书馆等知名文化机构。中心由中国国家主席习近平和新加坡荣誉国务资政吴作栋共同奠基、共同揭幕。作为展示和体验中华文化的平台和窗口，中心常年举办高水平的艺术展演、教学培训、人文对话、旅游推介等活动，不断发挥人文交流纽带和桥梁作用，促进中新两国人文交流和民心相通。

China Cultural Centre in Singapore (hereinafter referred to as “CCCS”) was established in November 2015, located at 217 Queen Street, Singapore, adjacent to the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, the National Library of Singapore and other well-known cultural institutions. President of China, Xi Jinping, and Emeritus Senior Minister of Singapore, Goh Chok Tong jointly laid the foundation stone and inaugurated CCCS. As a platform and window for the spread of Chinese culture in Singapore, CCCS is dedicated to playing the bridging role for cultural exchanges between China and Singapore, by organising art performances, education and training, humanistic dialogues, tourism promotion and other activities.

楼层和设施 Floors and Facilities

中国文化中心毗邻南洋艺术学院、国家图书馆、国家博物馆等多家著名文化机构，占地1352平方米，建筑面积约9105平方米，使用面积5680平方米。中心大楼由新加坡刘太格先生担纲设计，内有展厅、剧场、图书馆、教室等活动场地。

Designed by “Father of Urban Planning of Singapore” Mr. Liu Thai Ker, the 12-storey CCCS building incorporates elements of Chinese culture and modern architectural design concepts. It occupies an area of 1,352 square metres, with a floor area of approximately 9,105 square metres and a usable area of 5,680 square metres, and contains an exhibition hall, a theatre, a library, classrooms and other activity spaces.
